Then we sit down with you — above ground, where it is comfortable — and walk through it all. You see the same photos we see. Our estimate is written and itemized. Our recommendation is honest: we fix what needs fixing and tell you what can wait.
Here is our rule: we never recommend work your house does not need. A lot of companies in this trade lead with fear — photos of mold blown up large, talk of your house falling down. We will show you the real condition of your crawl space and give you a straight answer. If all you need is a vapor barrier and a dehumidifier, that is what we will quote.
